we have business portal 5.0 32 bit installed. now we have to upgrade now to BP6.0 which is 64 bit.
now what the procedure to upgrade from old 32 bit to new 64 bit version.

Take a look at the following link. It provides the details you need to make your transition. Some customers start from scratch with their new 64 bit environment, which is pretty easy. It will take longer if you need to bring all of your data forward.
