Contents of two critical updates - KB3129794 and KB2980274

Turning to the community as there is zero information on the Microsoft site(s) about them. Can anybody shed some light on what these two updates contain? Based on the names it would appear they are related to the installation process (Setup) of Dynamics CRM 2016 rather than functionality / bug fixes for existing systems, but would like to be sure.
