Does anyone have instrucions on how to load to load a new logo into the system on the home screen? Any help will be appreciated.

Look at the OPTIONS dialog, Navigation tab, online help.
Company logos can be put in the Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\SL\Applications directory. 　The file must be named by using the same name as the Company ID and have an extension of .bmp. When this check box is selected the logo file that you you put in the applications directory will appear in the upper right corner of the Application pane.
As Brian said, the .bmp files should be located in SL Application Folder.
Additionally, inside solomon.ini there should be the following:
[Navigation]
ShowCompanyImage=Yes
I guess this is the same as the setting under the OPTIONS dialog, but depending on your setup, doing this in the main solomon.ini may have a global reach.
