How can i unsync a SO Database that is already synced with the Headquarters to change the Store ID

I have multiple stores set up with Headquarters Client. We just installed a new store and used a backup from a previous store but when i went to the Multi-Store option to add the unique store id it has the Store ID synced from the previous store. How can i unsync this database or change the Store ID to reflect the correct number?

    you can change the store id and sync ID from back end.

    First check the the store id and sync ID in Local database

    SQL Statement

    select  *

    from configuration

    Then update the store id and sync id with a new ID you want

    SQL Statement

    update configuration

    set storeid = 'X' , syncID = 'X'

    Hi Bryan,

    You will need to export the new store from Headquarters for it to be properly synchronized with the correct ID. Restoring an old backup at the store level from a previously synchronized store will cause issues.

    The F1 Help Manual in Headquarters Administrator includes the steps for the export process.
