"Transfer" doesn't exist in "Default Order Type" choices !

I created product "X" manually and I wanted to make the Default Order Type for this product "Transfer", but when I tried to set the Default Order Type I didn't find "Transfer", I only found "Purchase Order - Production - Kanban" as clarified in the following picture!

Although when I created another product by using "data Import Export framework" I could choose "Transfer" as a default order type for the product as clarified in the following picture!

Can any one tell me the reason, please?

    This function cover Purchase Order - Production - Kanban only.

    so if you need to apply it for transfer order, you must make some modification

    What do you mean by "modification"?

    Are you mean that "Transfer" not available in standard and needs customizations?

    That is right, as standard no transfer defaults

    you need some customization
