In Retail POS When do the Sales Invoice receipt and Invoice receipt will be printed?

Hi All,

 

In Retail POS When do the Sales Invoice receipt and Invoice receipt will be printed?

 

I have tried to print Customer Order Sales Invoice receipt. However it is always printing Sales Order receipt.

I have checked the behavior in standard environment as well. what is the use of Sales Invoice receipt and Invoice receipt?

    According to Microsoft PG, this is a DCR now.

    As I know you can assign two different receipt profiles to the two printers (in Hardwareprofil) and it is a difference whether you print from an POS transaction or you creete a Customer Sales order on POS. A little bit about triggers and printing can be found here, but not clear which report is used at what event.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Can you please explain what is DCR ? mentioned in the image that DCR would be required to print

    we are recall the order in POS and Invoiced that but both time when order create and Order invoiced from POS when shipping done it is printing Sales order Receipt, other receipt format i.e. Invoice receipt will not print. 

    When that Invoice receipt format will trigger.

    Thanks for your reply,

    we got the two different receipts when we do normal transaction and create customer order.

    Issue is that when we invoiced that customer order we get the same receipt as Customer order, As I believe Invoice receipt will need to print, Right?

    Do you know when the Invoice receipt format and Sales Invoice receipt format will be print?

    Hi,

    DCR means design change request, Microsoft PG will achieve this in the future. But no ETA for it.
