Hi,
We are just about to start using 365 Marketing and the one area that seems to be lacking is the ability to create a marketing campaign and associate various things to it such as Customer Journeys, Social posts, Text messages etc. If Iam creating a multi channel campaign how do I keep track of which channels are associated to the campaign and report on them?
Has anyone else found this and if so how have you got round it? The only way I can see is to create a custom entity and associate from there.

Many thanks for this. I wasn't sure if using the OOB Campaigns entity would be ok but it seems a far better solution than using a custom entity.

We´re using out of the box campaign table for this purpose. Just create new relationship to the tables you´d like to monitor. One-to-many relationship e.g. to Customer Journey, Social posts and text messages. Then add the lookup to your Dynamics 365 forms and link the records to the right campaign. Then you can monitor different acitons on campaign level.
