W-2 box 10 setup did not work

Box 10 is for dependant care paid.  In our paycode for FEBADC we have 10 in the W-2 Box, but when closed year nothing printed in this box for all employees.  We have 6 employees that use Dependant Care, so went back and added the amounts manually.  Would like to know if there is something that is set up incorrectly or if this is a problem in V10.  We have not been doing PR for very long, and found out last year that this was missed when our partner helped us with the original setup in March 2007.  So I have manually added this for 2 years now.

There is a box for report as wage above the W-2 Box field.  This should not be reported as wage, since it was a deduction and is just a reimbursement.  We have a test company, so I checked the box and ran in the test company, but still did not show in Box 10.  There is not a label for Box 10, so this box is empty.  I am stumped on what to do, I sent an e-mail to our partner and have not heard back yet.  If anyone has any ideas, I can cancel this request with our partner.  Thanks for any help.
