We are using the knowledge article search control on our case form.
We would like to have articles where the searched keyword is in the title on top. Is that somehow possible?
Currently, it says it is sorted according to relevance. How does the system decide what has relevance?

Unfortunately, the result card can not be customised. So this can't be achieved. You can submit an idea here to progress this feature: https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/
