I have received stock into bins and can process orders fine via our warehouse. if something is out of stock I can receive in on a purchase order and register into the bins etc and the stock becomes available to pick no problem to new sales orders.
On the sales order my process is...
- Release > Release
- Actions > Warehouse > Create Warehouse Shipment
- (this then allocates up the stock as a pick so we can pick the order and dispatch)
However... when the new stock comes in and is available on the orders that are "Partially Shipped" or "Delayed" the orders do not allow the "Create Warehouse Shipment" to work and says "There are no Warehouse Shipment Lines created."
How can I allocate the stock up to create a shipment on these backordered items? At the moment any new orders take the stock and the older ones on backorder are ignored?
How can i resolve this?
