I went through all the typical causes for such issues. I am sure you have missed something in the setup, can only recommend from this point to go through the documentation once again for installation and setup of SSRS and accounts, and validate everything. We will not be able to tell what is wrong since we do not see your system.

    Vilmos,

I checked my AX configuration and its pointing to correct AOS , see below:

    AXC.PNG

I am not getting you :

"If you use an AXC file in the report server binary folder, validate/edit that.If you do not have an AXC file there, it is using the registry, so validate your Local client and Business connector registry setting while logged in the the reporting service account to the SSRS instance."

can you please tell me in detail , how can i do that ?

Your AX configuration is pointing to the wrong AX AOS instance and/or port. If you use an AXC file in the report server binary folder, validate/edit that. If you do not have an AXC file there, it is using the registry, so validate your Local client and Business connector registry setting while logged in the the reporting service account to the SSRS instance. Also make sure you refresh WCF configuration for both settings.

The same BC proxy account is used for other environment and its working correctly for that so i think that would not be the case. any other suggestions?

    Hi Visvash,

From the screen captures, the setting seems fine. Please check the business connector user account in active directory. Like Vimos said, there is possibility the account was setup incorrectly (password does not expire, log on as a service), or the account might have been locked out due to someone trying to use it with incorrect password multiple times.

    Best regards,

    Hi David,

please see below Execution account  in Reporting service configuration:

    EA.PNG

@vilmos: I have used same reporting service account as Business connector proxy account used in AX. About security rights of BC proxy account ,i have shown in attached screenshot( role as System Administrator

    ) in previous comment.

@Andre: Yes, we have one sandbox server and one Production server  where SSRS reports are working correctly. It is sandbox2 server which is created recently by replica of Production server. And it has all same settting.

How about the report execution service account?

The AX installation guide recommends to execute the SSRS service itself under the AX Business Connector proxy account, and then on the Report Server Manager URL you have to ensure that the BC proxy account has the correct security right for the report server itself.

Also it is possible that your domain admins have forgotten to set up the account incorrectly (password does not expire, log on as a service), or the user might have been locked out due to someone trying to use it with incorrect password multiple times.
