I do not... I see where Reason type codes are linked to a Reason type description, but I do not see a table for the reason 'type' code and description. I will post another reply if I can find the table.

I would like to add a new Type in the Reason Code. I can add new Reason Codes but not Type.
Do you know where I can add types?
Table name is "ReasonCode".
It's best to use the HQ Manager program to add new reason codes and let the RMS system worksheets (Style 401) update the store tables.
In HQ Manager running in maintenance mode (or in Store Ops Manager if you don't have the HQ module) use the "Database" drop-down menu and select "Reason Codes". Add your new reason codes from system provided entry windows.
