Hi
I'm working with Dynamics GP 2016 and have a requirement to create a GP2016 Addin for the Web Client that has forms written with the new HTML 5 forms. Reading the supplied "VSTDGPProgrammersGuide.pdf" which is installed with the Visual Studio SDK there doesn't seem to be any mentions of HTML it still talks about the Silverlight forms. Even in Visual Studio the template for "Microsoft Dynamics GP Web Client Add-in" references the 3 Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.Web.Silverlight and the .UI.Silverlight Dll's
I've been Googling like mad an there doesn't seem to be any documentation on how to get started with the new HTML 5 stuff.
Can anyone point me to a resource that can get me going?
Thanks in advance

Hi
Your absolutely right. I got feed back from support and they pretty much said that the you cannot do forms for the web client only the desktop. The only way to create forms that show in the web client is to do it through Dexterity.
Thanks
Ven
I believe you can only use Dexterity to create new forms/windows that render in the webclient. VSTools will work for non UI elements (i.e. business logic) but you can't display any custom forms.
