In our D365CE envuronment we are using omnichannel and want to close an inactive chat after a certain amount of time.
Microsoft describes this feature in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/create-workstreams?tabs=customerservicehub
But in our envrinment we don't see this setting. What can be the cause for this?
