Change code in a Model developed by someone else does not take any effect

Hello Guys,

i create a new model  in  my peoject,and  i  also  reference  the  model  which  i need to  modify,but  when i  directly   modify  code  in the reference model  class, it  could not  take  any effect.

as  the figure show.the  comment  can  also  be  executed,and  the error("test") can  not show  on the  screen.Could you  give me  some help?pastedimage1681264915221v1.png

    i  have   done  the  synch database,and  also  rebuild  the project

    Hi Tracy,

    Please make sure the referenced model is also built after you made the change to it.

    Hi Tracy wang,

    You need to have separate project for the reference model and add that class to that project - Build the project and then check.

    Otherwise use Extensions >> Dynamic 365 >> Build models - Select your custom model and build that.

    for  your  second suggestion,when  i  build the  model ,i  need to select  the reference model?right?

    No need to select reference model - If you select referenced model, it will include standard model also. So, it will take time to build.

    Select only the model where the class "PurchTableButtonConfirm_SNF_FC_Extension" is present and select "Synchronize Database" check box under option tab.
