I'm planning to switch to dynamics 365 New Interface
I just need to enable this in system settings or anything else i need to enable?
Also will there be any data loss?

Yes, it is, there are no extra settings.
We can see this switch in two places - the D365's system settings and the power platform's instance settings. Just choose one.
Rest assured, switching to the unified interface won't affect the data at all.
The only thing you need to be aware of is that some of the features of the classic UI are not yet implemented on the unified interface.
