Besides Mekorma, are there any other MICR options that integrate with GP?

Looking for suggestions.

    RE: Mekorma Alternative

I was going to reply that Forms Printer might be a cheaper alternative to Mekorma MICR (or Payment Hub as it is called now).. but in the old days it wouldn't embed the MICR font in itself (OCR) for the banks to read the cheques mechanically or optically.

I know that this is less and less a bid deal anymore today, as most banks are scanning their cheques with optical recognition only, and that the magnetic characters are not so much used anymore, but again, depends on the financial institution.

The link Derek provided suggests that it is easy enough to add some OCR fonts to the cheque stub in Forms Printer.. I'd contact them directly to ask. But other than that, I agree with Richard that Mekorma's product is quite a reference in the GP world of payment options.

Edit: found this on the Accountable web site: https://www.accountable.com/Knowledgebase/FormsPrinter/Issues/Printing-Barcodes-and-MICR-Checks-with-Crystal-Reports

Why the need for an alternative to Mekorma? It is a rock solid product. I have only seen one other. I forget its name but I could find out.

I'm not familiar with any besides Mekorma, which is the more common.

Looking online, I see Quadira has a Advanced-Forms solution, but that may be more for Dynamics 365, than Dynamics GP.

The Community may have some other options they've found and used.

    Thanks
