New customer creation at Stores MPOS

Hi All,

We have Microsoft Dynamics 2012 R3. We implemented Retail MPOS. When we create a new customer at stores, After entering the address information, when save button is clicked we get an error: Cannot edit a record in Locations(LogisticsLocation). The record has never been selected. Looks like it is AX side error. How do I find out what parameters and values are sent from Stores to HQ? Is there any XML file gets created at the store or HQ? Could you please help me resolve this?

Another thing found is The error occurs on the Production, but not on the Staging. Code base is same. Do you think any Permissions issue or any settings? Could you please throw some light on this?
