Issue with responsive design on D365 marketing emails in Outlook desktop app

Hi,

I'm having an issue with the responsive design in D365 marketing emails. I have created an element with the /responsive design/ field set to show on mobile and do not show on desktop (as shown in the attached image). However, when I do a test send to an Outlook email address, the section still shows up in the desktop app. Can anyone advise on how to fix this issue? Thank you.

Hi,

After my testing, the elements are hidden in both /send now/ and /test send/, So this function is working properly.

The /responsive design/ only works on the elements inside the section, please check if the components you want to hide are all in the section.
