Even though Post to GL and Post Through General Ledger Files is ticked for bank management, transactions on posting setup Financial Batches are being created. This is working correctly on a test environment. Is there a reason for this?

We don't have bank management, so I'm going out on a limb here. If you can batch bank management transactions, but are transaction posting, the transactions will only post To GL regardless of the posting setup.
