Even though Post to GL and Post Through General Ledger Files is ticked for bank management, transactions on posting setup Financial Batches are being created

Even though Post to GL and Post Through General Ledger Files is ticked for bank management, transactions on posting setup Financial Batches are being created. This is working correctly on a test environment. Is there a reason for this?

We don't have bank management, so I'm going out on a limb here. If you can batch bank management transactions, but are transaction posting, the transactions will only post To GL regardless of the posting setup.
