Unhandled script exception: Illegal address for field 'AccountID' in script 'IsProductActiveForCompany'. script terminated.

Hi All,

I received this error message "Unhandled script exception: Illegal address for field 'AccountID' in script 'IsProductActiveForCompany'. script terminated." when I tried to close the Report Writer in GP after I modified W2 4-Up Laser Form. See below:

If you scroll down, you can see

EXCEPTION_CLASS_SCRIPT_ADDRESSING
SCRIPT_CMD_LOAD_ATSI12

GP is on 18.4.1384, I am seeing this error on client with Integrity-data installed and not on the other GP client.

Any suggestion?

    Thank you for your post.

    Are you able to remove Integrity from this install and see whether the error goes away?

    I like to leverage a DEXSQL.log and/or SQL trace in these situations as either log should indicate what table is being addressed prior to the error.

    How to use SQL Profiler to create a SQL trace in Microsoft SQL Server

    What I'd suggest is starting with the DEXSQL.log and just do a search on the error syntax, once located look back chronologically and see if you can see where the error is coming from.

    The SQL trace will show the same but in further detail, I find SQL traces not as easy to review personally.

    Thanks for your reply, the problem is only related to the GP client that had Integrity data product installed not affect to any other regular GP client

    Let us try the DEKSQL first, Please see the attachment for the DEXSQL.log. Let me know if you find anything that could cause this issue.

    Use GP Power Tools to capture logs (5 logs with one click not just DEXSQL.Log which won't help with a Dexterity error).

    Use GPPT's Resource Information window in Procedure and Function mode to identify the product that IsProductActiveForCompany script comes from.

    I would say you should be using an integrity data alternate window and the error is because you are using the original version.
