Dynamics GP 2015 Email Actions for Workflows not working on iPhone

Good morning,

I have Dynamics GP 2015 14.00.0898.

iPhone for some reason, adds some unwanted text (This is TEXT), removes the option to Approve/Reject the task, and doesn't show the document line items. While the rest of the devices (we tested Android and Windows phones and tablets, and Outlook client), everything is working fine.

Any suggestion is welcome.

my opinion, because we are paying tons of money to Microsoft - they have to fix this issue in the product

The problem solved installation Outlook application into the IPhone.

Hi Mr Garcia,

What protocol do you use when connecting your mail-boxes to the mail-server on the iPhone ? is it Exchange, IMAP or POP3 ?
