Can you use External gift cards with Dynamics 365 version 10.0.8 ?

    Yes it is supported. New features added to support external gift cards in call center is added latest versions (10.0.10)

    Hi @NZDev,

    Let me share the below details with you since you did not mention where do you like to setup and use the External gift card:

    1. The External Gift Cards is supported in MPOS with Dynamics 365 version 10.0.8 
      docs.microsoft.com/.../gift-card-cash-out

    2. However, the External gift card will only support in e-Commerce and Call center in 2020 Wave 1:
      https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365-release-plan/2020wave1/dynamics365-commerce/planned-features
