We have MS Dynamics CRM Setup on our server and we also have MS Dynamics CRM for Outlook installed on the client PCs. Our E-Mail Server is running on Exchange 2003. The CRM Admin E-mail Account has been receiving forwarded e-mails from the Users (Forwarded e-mails have an e-mail attachement of the incoming mail). These e-mails are not being tracked by CRM. I check our Mail Server and Active Directory and there is nothing I can find to stop this. Is there a way to stop the e-mails from being forwarded to the CRM Admin Email Account? Please let me know. Thanks.
