Can Dynamics RMS accomodate sub-accounts?

Hi all, 

Anyone here  implemented a sub-account in RMS?

Creating a Store account for XYZ company and 10 authorized people to buy goods from you on their company's behalf. normally , a subaccount is created for each of the authorized people allowed to get goods for proper accounting. 

This way, when i generate the store account 's statement for monthly invoicing, the XYZ company can get a summary and qty and amount  of items ordered per person

is this possible in RMS?

    You only have that one field.  If you need extra workflow information then you are going to need an add-in and some extra reports to accomplish this.

    Thanks for the quick response. If i use the comment field to indicate say, the person, are there extra fields on the same table i may use to save other details (authorization number, plate number of vehicle used for pickup).

    This is not possible within RMS, like you have described.  You could use transaction comments possibly to track the person, but these would be hand typed each time and you would need to modify some reports to get what you want.  but it could possibly be done.
