Hi,
I want to understand if I can connect Manufacturing devices to NAV or Business Central without using IOT.
If not , is it possible to export data of the machines to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You can connect manufacturing devices like barcode scanner and so on if they supports using web services. There are different vendors that actually supports this scenario with their products.
Regarding data export, yes this is always possible.

I am actually trying to connect the Manufacturing machines used in production plant , is that something i can connect too?
I don't know which software runs on that machine, but yes you can integrate everything with D365BC using web services or APIs. As an example, we have recently deployed a project where a windows service monitors some production machines and loads data into D365BC using web services. There's no limit on that.
