Response in Custom channel - Customer Journey

Hi, I created a custom channel to send sms, The custom channel is using Power Automate Flow to send the SMS. Now I want the response to be updated in the customer channel. 

Any idea how can I update the response back to the custom channel using Flow or workflow.

    Yes I mean that when sms is delivered how can I update the status back should I call the action again to customchannelonteraction?

    Hi,

    Would you please explain what do you mean by "response"?

    Does it refer to the SMS received from the contact or does it refer to the result of a successful or failed sending?
