Hi, I created a custom channel to send sms, The custom channel is using Power Automate Flow to send the SMS. Now I want the response to be updated in the customer channel.
Any idea how can I update the response back to the custom channel using Flow or workflow.

Does it refer to the SMS received from the contact or does it refer to the result of a successful or failed sending?
