No Sure if this solved it, but I was able to sign in.
On the DataVerse User Setup. Go To Manage Roles And add assign the following to the user
* BizQAApp
* System Customizer

In PowerShell ISE. I changed the serviceuri to the full URL:"org********.crm4.dynamics.com/"
After making this changes. I was able to login.
