AL Table Proxy Generator "Scope" parameter

I followed ZHU's blog (https://yzhums.com/17065/) to setup Integrate custom tables between Business Central and Dataverse.

When the following command 
.\altpgen
-Project
-PackageCachePath
-ServiceURI
-Entities
-BaseId
-[TableType]

is run in the Power Shell ISE as administrator. I get the following problem.

On Stackoverflow a user had a similar problem with Azure and the solution was to disable the "Profile offline_Access" scope. 

There is no "Scope" parameter in the Microsoft documentation (docs.microsoft.com/.../devenv-al-table-proxy-generator) for AL table Proxy Generator. 
Where should I change these settings?

    No Sure if this solved it, but I was able to sign in.

    On the DataVerse User Setup. Go To Manage Roles And add assign the following to the user

    * BizQAApp

    * System Customizer

    (Source www.youtube.com/watch

    In PowerShell ISE. I changed the serviceuri to the full URL:"org********.crm4.dynamics.com/"

    After making this changes. I was able to login.
