MR Row Total is not printing.

I am trying to enter a simple total in multiple places of the row definition and for some reason it is not pulling this row into the report.

    If you look at row 12580, I am simply trying to add all of the direct expense as there are a few new numbers we are trying to pull to the bottom. But, for some reason, no matter where I put this calculation, nothing will populate in the output.  I don't have the print restricted. My columns are basic actual and budget.  My tree has all of my units. This appears to be very straight forward. I am not sure what I could be missing.  I have also tried with the "+" in the front of the formula. Nothing is working.

    Help?
