Hi. We are using a Star TSP100 printer. I cannot figure out where the settings are to get the receipt to cut itself so that a credit card customer has a separate receipt to sign from their transaction receipt that we give them. Right now, it is printing as 1 long receipt that we are having to manually cut w/scissors. Thanks in advance.

Are you using the drivers from Star Micronics POS Printer Software http://www.star-micronics.co.jp/eng/dl/index.htm. Should be settings in there.
