Hi,
A user getting the error below upon attempt to refresh Bank account:
Bank Stateement Service -> Refresh Online Bank Account
'Technical Error'
'We're facing a technical issue. Please contact Microsoft support team or try again later.'
I know Microsoft are deploying some hotfix this weekend so it might be that. I have gotten some weird messages in some of the tenants today as well. I would give it a couple of hours and try again.
I'mnot sure if this is the case - this error has been there for more than a week.
The reason I wanted to refresh it is the download for bank statement does not bring all atransactions for June - only up to June 20th
Hi, could it be a problem with the Bank feed?
Choose Create New Linked Bank Account on the Bank Accounts page, and and try again?

But the bank account already linked? Do you mean unlink and link again?
Yes, you should be asked to re-enter your login information.
But if you still have problems after resetting, I recommend submitting a Service Request to Microsoft.
