is there an out-of-the-box customer receipt that i can print out AX 2012 that we have a customer payment ?
please advise how i can print it ?
i tried to print out from the payment journal but the template looks like a journal , not a receipt

Hi Silvano,
Unless you make use of the retail POS functionalities there is no standard 'receipt' document that you can use to confirm that you have received the money from your customer.
If you do not have a developer available you can try designing a document template that you can use for that purpose. Here is a similar example that is used for vendor payment informations (dynamicsax-fico.com/.../document-templates)
If this is not what you want/need, then you need to create a customized report.
