I have a 90GB partition on my C: drive of the CRM server and am running out of disk space

is there anything that the CRM would be doing to fill up this space

I have had a  look at what is installed and there is not alot of other programs installed

    Do you also have sql server installed on this same box?  If so, check the sql database log file size.  If need be truncate the logs.  Or if this is a test server, set the database recovery model to 'simple'.  This will minimize the size of your database transaction logs.
