Error on POS Screen while doing payment.

Hello  Team 

Greetings of the Day ,

One of your customer is facing the issue while doing payment on POS for a particular Employee.

The Error is as follow :

"The payment information is either missing information or it is incorrect .Verify the payment information and then try again ."

I have attached the screenshot too in the email .

    Can you try doing a full of 1060,1070 since the issue is specific to once user ? Other staff who has the same permission group/job is able to  perform the operation without any issue?

    Ashish,

    you may want to remove the payment method, do full sync and then add the payment method and do the full sync again. But in the meantime please make sure the electronic payment setup is Complete and if thats card type payment, you have the card bin defined in card setup.
