Retail Statement Posting for Closed Period.

Dear Experts,

We have a Pending Retail statement, which has calculated for the period 2017. but financial period has closed for it. now we are unable to post. if try to post then got below error.

if we try to clear statement then got below error.

kindly share your suggestion to sort out this matter. you earliest response is highly obliged.

Hi Kamscor,

To overcome the second error you should be able to make a (temporary) parameter change in AR that allows for an overdelivery of 700%.

Can you try doing that to see if this resolves the issue?

Hi Ludwig,

I have checked mark the parameter for overdelivery but there is no parameter to set the %age.

Anyhow same error message receiving. is there any way out to perform transaction within Closed financial period?

or how to open close period ?

Can you also check in the released products site in the sales tab what % values have been specified?
