Management Reporter on a High availability SQL instance

Has anyone installed MR on a High availability (HA) SQL instance?

I have, but now that I am trying to rebuild the datamart, it is continually failing on the integration.

Any tricks here, I am definitely missing something.

Is this because the SL database and the ManagementReporter DBs are already in the Availability Group but the datamart is being created in single user mode and is not in the AG?
