hierarchy not seen on parent-account

Hi

Button/form not seen on the account

One environment looks like this

Server version: 9.2.21064.00148

Other environment this is missing 

Version 1710 (9.2.21073.140) online

    Hi slx,

    To configure an entity for hierarchy visualization – there is a new area in the entity components called 'Hierarchy Settings', maybe you can check it firstly:

    And the you mentioned that you can view hierarchy icon in 9.2.21064.00148 Version not in 9.2.21073.140 Version.

    In my environment, i can view icon in account list:

     So it may be a version issue, you can open the ticket with Microsoft and ask for support.

    Hi slx,

    After my testing, it is indeed a matter of upgrading the version.

    When i upgrade to newest version: 9.2.21073.00141, the hierarchy icon did disappear from the view.

    You need select the record and click the 'View Hierarchy ' button:

    Then you can view following:
