Unpick Sales Order from Mobile device in D365

Hi,

We have a scenario wherein the Sales Order is picked and the work is posted.  The item is batch controlled. Is there a way to unpick the order from the Mobile device (App)? 

I know we can do this in D365 by unregistering the Pick.

    Hi Narasimha,

    If the sales order is picked and the work for the sales order is closed then you can reverse the work by using the "reverse work" option from the load of the respective work.

    You can use the "reverse work" option to reverse the picked inventory on a sales order work and you can decide where you want to place the inventory back to in the warehouse from the four options available.

    Once you use the reverse work the work will get cancelled and a new inventory movement work will be created to put back inventory into the warehouse.

    You can use the mobile device to process this inventory movement work but you cannot reverse or unpick a work straight away from the mobile device.

    You have to use reverse work option from the rich client or the reduce picked quantity to create work.

    Yes, reverse work is also an option, but WH operators are using only scan guns will not have access to work stations and they have to always go through the warehouse office to handle such situations.  Thanks...

    Hi Narasimha,

    Yes workers will have to go to the warehouse office to reverse the work as the same is not  supported by mobile device and also not in the new warehouse mobile app.

    Getting work reversed from rich client and then performing the work on the hand held scanners is the option as of now.
