Applying Credit Memo back into a Purchase Order (Service and GR PO)

Hello,

What function are you using to post a credit memo back into a PO? Currently we don't have a process to post a CM back into a PO. All CM's are currently being posted as a non-PO so in situations where funds need to be returned to a PO, a PO amendment is required. Thank you
