Hello, we are currently running into issues in BC365 went attempt to post payments via a solution that uses API. We are getting the following Error message.

The gen. journal batch does not exist. identification fields and values: Journal Template Name = PAYMENTS

Does anyone have any suggestions for the cause? Thank you

Hi, by "Post" do you mean "Create"? If so, this can be done with the standard API.

If you mean the action of posting. This requires specifying the Batch id in the endpoint first.
