Which version of M365 is required for use with BC online?

Which subscription version of M365 is required or recommended for use with Business Central online? Clients are asking if they can use M365 Business Standard or if they have to buy M364 Business Premium or M365 E3.

Hi

You do not need M365 account to sign up and use BC. See below. But if they want to use functions such as Edit in Excel, Share in Team, integration with OneDrive, or Outlook integration then they need M365. Then they can compare M365 licenses and see which one they need (link below)
