I have created a connection from power apps with Nav 17 and try to create a new job and related its Job Task lines
to create a job it's easy to create as shown in the below screenshot
But to create job task lines relates to this job I published the Job Task Lines page in the nav 17.
While try to job task lines for this job I could not find Job No. field in Power automate to relate it with the job created earlier
please suggest some solution.
The NAV connector is currently limited. You may seen this message when you chose it:
Basically this means it is not tracking events taking place i.e. when you create a job it won't let you use Power Automate to retrieve data about that job after you created it (which is an event). This is a big limiter when trying to do this type of process flow. I have found using the HTTP connector more effective as you can switch from POST, GET, PATCH and DELETE easily. In your scenario I would use the web services end point to GET the job for parameters you have passed in during the first call to NAV. For example the date, customer etc. This will then give you a pay load response with the "Job No.". You can use the Parse JSON feature to then add that to the second call to the NAV connector for creating the line information. Have a look at this blog post which shows how to do some of the mentioned steps: https://d365bcangle.wordpress.com/2020/07/22/power-automate-purchase-order-alerts-to-vendor/ it isn't your scenario but it has some of the things you need to resolve the task at hand.
