I want to assign user rights only to all GP users but when the log through user ID GP work very slow and when the log in from administrator the GP work accurately.
Should it is necessary to all GP user must have administrator rights.

Sir also want to knew that All user access GP through Install on local workstation so y when net disconnect the GP also stoped.
What is main reason even this software installed on workstation.

No, users do not need, nor should they have administrator rights for GP to work properly. How do your users access GP? Via Citrix, Remote Desktop, or is GP installed on their local workstations? How does the administrator access GP? In the same manner users access it?
