Does anyone know the status of Microsoft achieving their KCS V-6 certification from the Consortium for Service Innovation for KBs?

Good point. Has anyone trying implementing the methodology with Dynamics Knowledge? I'm on the cusp of doing that, and looking to leverage what others have done.

I do not think Microsoft is planning to get their Knowledge Article system KCS V-6 certified. They do not really need to.
