Easy way to change SUTA/Worker's Comp in an employee's paycodes?

Hello!

I've been trying to search for a way to do what is hopefully a simple task, but I keep finding complex answers to questions which doesn't address the particular need I have. I am hoping I could get some better understanding of GP and manage this question.

We have a number of employees who may change states and so we want to update their pay codes' SUTA and Worker's Comp codes to reflect the new state. We initially had to manually change every code in the employee's card and while it was tedious, it worked. We recently found if you inactivate and activate the code through Quick Assignment, it will change the Worker's Comp code to reflect the code on the Employee Maintenance window. It will not change the SUTA code though.

Is there a simple way to change both SUTA and Worker's Comp codes for all the paycodes of an employee based on the codes in the Employee Maintenance window?
