Use field from another entity

Hi all,

I created a custom field (MultiSelect Option Set) under Lead entity and I need to create an exactly the same under Opportunities. 

Beware: I DON"T need these connected, just want to use the same set so I don't have to update it twice when needed.

Is that possible?

    Just use Global Optionsets for that purpose - learn.microsoft.com/.../create-edit-global-option-sets
