Hi

I have a surface pro 6 and whenever i print from DynamicsAX2012, the print comes out half a page instead of a full page, i have seen the page setup but it is of little help. All the other jobs from work,excel,pdf work fine. The printing used to work fine with the laptop. Maybe it is the dynamics install on surface that is causing issues, though dynamics works fine otherwise except the print issue. I have tried re-installing dynamics and the printer drivers as well

Hi Andre, i have already removed the drivers and added again and even removed the printer and installed it from start but the issue still remians, does it have to do anything with windows 10 and also how can i see the latest AX Kernel build and is there an update i can do for it?

Hi Maneet,

I do think it is more a driver issue. AX is only using the Windows printers. Potentially, you can see if the latest AX kernel build would solve the issue.
