Knowledge Base Keyword Search Sort Order

Ominous title for a first post, huh?

My user community came to me with this one.  In Knowledge Base articles, you can perform a keyword search on the published articles, and it returns a list of matching articles. 

Cool.

Now click on the title or article number to sort.  Doesn't work.

Clues?  Where can you update the search results form for KB articles???

    Jim,

    I just tried it on one of my systems and the sort worked just fine.  For both ascending and decending order.  What version of CRM are you using?

    Not sure what to tell you.  When you click the title, does it add an up or down arrow beside the name?

    Also, check the lower-left corner of the browser to make sure there isn't a JavaScript error warning message.

    Yep, it shows the arrow, and it even changes between up and down on subsequent clicks.  No JS errors, either - IE 8.  Sort works fine in the standard view - it's only when you get the search results that the sort stops working.

    Knowledge base articles are odd entities anyway - they don't appear as customizable entities in the admin pages.  I'm sure there's a set of search views somewhere, just no idea where to look.  Any clues on that, perhaps?
