Currently can not print the case detail information from the web page without losing the second page. The information on the second page get overlayed with the information in the detailed fields.

they have written an javascript which reloads the case page and some more fields will be added in the new form page.

Still not clear, paste a screenshot here.

When you say two pages, i dont get it because CRM provides you with one form feature and not multiple pages for each record.

Please share a screenshot or explain in detail

there are two pages in form. once we start to fill the information in first page it takes to another page in the same form before we fill the information details section .The information on the second page get overlayed

Hi Sandeep,

Can you provide some more info or perhaps a screenshot? Sounds like it could be a printer driver issue. Have you tried printing to PDF and seeing how it comes out?
