A few years back we shrunk our database and lost all the xml receipt data. I suspect the shrink process eliminates that. Now when we try to pull up receipts prior to the shrink date, they are displayed as a blank page with the "NO RECEIPT TO DISPLAY" message at the top.
Thankfully I had a backup before the shrink process which I imported into a new database, i.e. storedata-old, and now I switch data bases on a back office machine in RMS Administrator, and pull up the old receipt in RMS Store Manager, and view and print them as needed.
